This policy explains what information EasySupplier ("we") collects through the website easysupplier.store and the EasySupplier Chrome extension, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: when you sign in with Google we receive your email address and a user ID. We do not receive or store your Google password.
- Product photos: the product photo you upload in the extension, and the five generated photo versions with the lowest shipping charge from each run.
- Run results: the optional product name you enter, the shipping charges Meesho showed for the tested photo versions, and the number of photos tested.
- Credits: your credit balance and a record of credits added or used.
- Purchase messages: if you buy credits, you contact us on WhatsApp. We see your WhatsApp number and the messages you send. Payments are made by UPI directly between you and us; we do not collect or store card or bank details on our website or extension.
2. What the Chrome extension does on Meesho
The extension works only on supplier.meesho.com, and only while you run it from its side panel. On the catalog upload page it places the generated photo versions in the product image field, reads the shipping charge and the Meesho Price you entered, and applies the photo you choose. It does not read your Meesho login details, orders, payments or other pages, and it does not track your browsing on other websites. While its side panel is open, it checks the address of the current tab inside your browser only to tell whether you are on the Meesho catalog page; that address is never sent to us.
3. How we use information
- To sign you in and keep your account and credits up to date.
- To generate photo versions and save your five best results to your dashboard.
- To process credit purchases and answer support requests.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Service providers
We use the following providers to run the service. They process data only on our behalf:
- Supabase: sign-in, database and image storage.
- Google: account sign-in (Google OAuth).
- Vercel: hosting for the website.
- Render: hosting for our application server.
- WhatsApp (Meta): messages you send us to buy credits.
5. Data retention
We keep your account, credit history, original photos and top-5 results while your account is active, so you can see them on your dashboard. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time (see section 7). The other generated photo versions are created on demand and are not stored.
6. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Photos are kept in private storage and shown to you only through short-lived links. No method of storage or transfer is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
7. Your choices and rights
- You can sign out of the website and the extension at any time.
- You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@easysupplier.store from the email address on your account.
- You can uninstall the extension from Chrome at any time; this removes the data it stores in your browser.
8. Chrome Web Store user data policy
The use of information received from Google APIs and the Chrome extension follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use this data only to provide the features described above, we do not transfer it except as needed to provide those features or comply with the law, and we do not use it for advertising or credit-worthiness decisions.
9. Children
The service is meant for sellers and is not directed at children under 18.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you on the website.
